About Casa 45
Casa 45 is a small, independent guesthouse located in the Comunitat Valenciana, Spain. By making a booking or enquiry with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings and enquiries
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa 45.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the dates and received any required deposit or payment, where applicable.
Prices
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and are per room, per night, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary by season and availability. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay.
Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking and may include:
- A deposit to secure the booking
- Full payment before arrival or during your stay
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.
Cancellations by guests
Cancellation terms will be explained at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rate or season.
Where a cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made within the agreed cancellation period may receive a refund or credit
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part
We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
Changes to bookings
If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Check-in and check-out

- Check-out: details will be provided during your stay
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
House rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
- Respect other guests and neighbours
- Take care of the property and furnishings
- Follow any house guidance provided during your stay
Casa 45 is a small, quiet guesthouse and is not suitable for parties or disruptive behaviour.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
Casa 45 is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings unless required by law.
Children and accessibility
Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with children or have accessibility requirements so we can advise on the most suitable room.
Pets
Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement and must be agreed in advance.
Force majeure
Casa 45 is not liable for cancellations, changes or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural events, government restrictions or utilities failure.
Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
